Renting equipment from our business is a straightforward process. Begin by browsing our extensive inventory of equipment including excavators, bulldozers, power sprayers, generators, leafblowers, cranes, etc. and more. Once you've selected the equipment you need for your project, add the equipment to your cart to pay for the rental.  We'll arrange and handle the delivery and pickup to your project site or household site.  When your rental period is complete, we'll pick up the equipment.  It's a convenient way to access the machinery you need for your projects.

In the event that the rented equipment experiences a breakdown or requires maintenance during your rental period, please contact our support team immediately. We have a dedicated service team ready to assist you. Depending on the issue and its cause, we'll arrange for repairs or replacement as needed. The repair and maintenance costs for equipment issues that are not a result of misuse or neglect will typically be covered by our business. Please refer to our rental agreement for specific terms and conditions regarding equipment breakdowns and maintenance.

Yes, you have the option to extend the rental period if your project takes longer than initially planned. To do so, please contact our team as soon as you anticipate the need for an extension. We will work with you to arrange the necessary documentation and adjust the rental terms accordingly. Keep in mind that equipment availability may vary, so it's a good practice to notify us as soon as possible to ensure the continued availability of the equipment you need. We understand that project schedules can change, and we're here to support your project's evolving needs.

Yes!  If the delivery location is within 20 miles of Kirkland, Washington we can deliver to you free of charge. Locations between 20 and 60 miles outside of Kirkland, we charge a $75 shipping fee, sales tax included separately.  Whether you're tackling a weekend DIY project, powering through a construction job, or gearing up for an event, we'll bring top-quality tools, machinery, and gear straight to your doorstep at absolutely no extra cost. FlexRent is primarily a delivery business since we do NOT at this time have a store front location.  It is coming soon in the future!  However, we can support pickup as well via appointment made on the equipment reservation tool or via directly contact FlexRent.  The equipment is located in storage at a Public Storage in Kirkland, Washington.  The address is 724 8th St. Kirkland, WA  98033. 

Yes, this is a possible option.  Let us know what you what you would like to do and we can setup a sublease option.  It may require a separate contract.
